Right now, E-Trees is benefiting from the nearby transport companies in Padborg. Things are moving fast at E-Trees. 13,000 Christmas trees will be exported this year. This is the first year E-Trees is realising sales on a large scale. 25,000 trees are ready to find their very own space in people’s living rooms at Christmas.
A large proportion of the plantations was planted six to nine ago, and from 2020, E-Trees will be able to export between 25-35 thousand trees each year.
‘Today we are in the midst of our peak season, which runs from 1 November to 24 December. On 1 November, the first trees were cut down, and on 5 November, the first load was picked up. So, we will be busy for a little while yet’, says owner Pia Jørgensen.
On 14-15 December, E-Trees will host a large Christmas market where the trees can also be purchased.
