Aabenraa City Council has introduced new and improved sales conditions for the municipality’s commercial plots and large parcels.
Improvements include:
- Freedom to resell undeveloped land: Buy a plot and sell it without building first. Perfect for investors.
- New rules for critical infrastructure: Build more with fewer restrictions when developing transport facilities.
All commercial areas and large parcels in Aabenraa Municipality are now available under the new sales conditions. The deadline for purchase bids is Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 12:00 pm.
